Election in India is hijacked by money power, hence the democracy. Section393 of the componies act 1913 allows board of directors to donate funds to political parties, even though such donations are banned in U.S.A.,Britain and other countries.In our country black money need no legal sanction to flow in elections.Limits on election expense by candidates have become meaningless

Indian agriculture is in deep crisis.Government has failed to solve this crisis.Till to day more than 70% of Indian population earn their livelyhood from agriculture sector,but govt.is ignoring this sector.
